Mark Cooper

Mark Cooper was appointed Managing Director of MigrationWare in 2003. With nearly 30 years of experience in the ICT industry, 20 years of which have been in migrations, Mark's contribution to MigrationWare has ensured sustainable and stable growth for the company.

Prior to joining MigrationWare, Mark held a number of senior managerial and directorship positions in both private and public ICT companies. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town.

João de Oliveira

João de Oliveira is a founding member of MigrationWare and is the Director of Sales and Marketing. João has been involved in a number of diverse technical and managerial positions in the ICT industry over the last 18 years. He has spent the last nine years in sales and marketing.

Prior to his involvement with MigrationWare, João was the Technical Services Manager: Southern Africa for Micro Focus, with which MigrationWare now has a strategic partnership.

David Blencowe

David Blencowe is also a founding member of MigrationWare and is the Technical Director, responsible for the architecture, design and the development of MigrationWare's products and tools.

David has been involved in the ICT industry for the last 25 years, the majority of which have been spent focusing on migrations. Prior to MigrationWare, David was involved in establishing a number of private ICT companies and held senior management and directorship positions in these companies.
