MigrationWare's JSP to COBOL conversion tools automate the conversion of JSP code into structured and highly maintainable COBOL code. In the process, the existing meaningful information (including comments) contained in the JSP application code is retained and embedded appropriately into a structured and organised set of COBOL statements.
The converted COBOL code is 100% generated and no manual effort is put into the conversion. The result is that the code will produce very few run-time errors related to the conversion and so the testing effort is significantly minimised.
